1. Prepare a Soft Tape: Use a flexible, non-elastic sewing measuring tape.
2. Position the Tape: Wrap the tape around your head, positioning it across your mid-forehead, approximately 1.5 to 2 cm (about 3/4 inch) above your eyebrows and ears, and across the most prominent part at the back of your head (the occipital bone).
